The Collab Lab 2026

For Group Practice Owners Who Want to Learn, Connect, & Implement

St. Louis, MO
April 29th-May 1st

Let's Learn and Get Things Done, Together!

Do you love going to a conference, but find yourself wishing you had time to implement all the awesome ideas and things you learned before you leave?  Because you know that when you get back to the busyness and grind of group practice ownership that the things you wanted to implement never see the light of day.  Or, they get lost among the never-ending list of things “to-do”.

How often have you wished you could implement what you’ve learned in real time?

What if you could attend a conference with experts specifically chosen to address the core challenges group practice owners face, and then immediately have time to take action on what you’ve learned with the experts there to guide you?

Then look no further.

Come join us for the Collab Lab in
St. Louis, MO, April 29th-May 1st!

Collab Lab Conference that will provide collaboration, accountability, motivation, community, clarity, and fun

We are here to give GPOs what they are crying out for: the space, and accountability!, to implement:

  1. Together
  2. In real-time
  3. With the expert right there to help with nuanced questions
With the opportunity for collaboration, accountability, motivation, community, clarity and fun!

And we want YOU to join us!

What is The Lab?

A two-day, expert-led immersive event.

We’ll have industry experts.

We’ll have implementation hours.

We’ll have GPOs looking to fuel their growth and help you fuel yours.

Who are these industry experts, you ask? Great question.

These are powerhouse professionals, from a variety of sectors, who will be delivering high-octane content for an hour. From marketing, to culture, to operational efficiencies, these individuals are top of their fields and are ready to knock your socks off with the information they have to share.  (Bios below!)

What’s an implementation hour? Glad you asked.

The implementation hour is the part of the event we adore the most. This is an opportunity to take the information you just learned and immediately do something about it in your practice while you still feel:

  • inspired
  • motivated
  • energized

And the best part? That industry expert is sticking around for that hour to walk around, answer specific questions you might have, and generally be available for additional questions.

GPOs fueling other GPOs. Let us tell you more!

To add to the greatness of this event, we’ll assign small groups from the beginning of the event.

This will allow you to get to know other GPOs, and them get to know you (and your practice), so as you are working in the implementation hour, you’ll be able to bop your head up from your laptop for a quick “Hey, does this sound okay?,” and the people answering it will know your business well enough to answer it in a helpful well.

Team work does make the dream work, after all!

If you are a reflection of the 5 people you spend the most time with, then your group practice is a reflection of the 5 GPOs you most hang out with.

In addition to their one-hour presentations, they will be walking around the room for one hour immediately following their presentation. During this time, there isn’t another presentation, so you’ll be able to take advantage of their availability, without worry about missing other information.

Additionally, many of them will be at the Wednesday night Welcome Dinner, mixing and mingling!

The Welcome Dinner is part of the conference, though there aren’t any formal presentations that night.

During this time, you’ll be learning about your small group assignment, and doing some get-to-know you Q&As with each other.

These activities will allow you the opportunity to provide insight and help to one another throughout your time at The Lab.

We also know it’ll be the starting point for some friendships!

The Optional Fun Day is a ticket add-on. It will be on Saturday, after the close of the conference. It is designed for social time–space to decompress and enjoy one another’s company after a few days of really hard, really good work!

We know relationships will have been built by then and people will be ready to not only blow off steam, but ready to just enjoy one another’s company without the structure of the presentations. So we’re designing a day just for that!

Stay tuned for details about chosen activities and a loose itinerary.

You don’t have to! These experts will give you enough information to provide jumping off points for you to have “to dos” in your business, and very accessible jumping off points for those.

That said, if one of the Topic Areas is one you identify as a particular place you want growth and help, definitely come ready with questions, materials you want someone to look at, etc.

No need at all! The hotels are no more than a 15 minute Uber ride from the airport. Downtown Clayton, which is the area of St. Louis we’ll be in, is both safe and completely walkable. Restaurants, cafes, hotels, and the location of the event are all within a few blocks of one another.

Because Collab Lab is a limited-capacity, in-person event that requires significant upfront planning and financial commitments, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend, we’re unable to issue refunds. However, you may have the following options:

Ticket Transfer:
You may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee with written notice at least 14 days prior to the event.

What began as a side project for my wife’s group practice quickly grew into a thriving business. By blending my background as a data analyst with firsthand insight into the realities of group practice ownership, I bring both precision and practical understanding to the table.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to make business decisions without clear numbers. You need data that’s accurate, easy to interpret, and organized all in one place.

I partner with group practice owners to build custom dashboards that present their data the way they need to see it.

Want to know if your clinicians are actually profitable? Need to see how clients are finding you so you can spend your marketing dollars wisely? Need clarity on office utilization, pay structures, or progress note completion rates? Have something you need to track that’s different from what other practices might need?

Your data should answer real business questions. And your analytics guy should be dependable.

If you’re ready to build your dream dashboard, book a free consult at grouppracticedashboards.com.
